We receive personal data only when you e-mail us: name, e-mail address, delivery address and the contents of your order.</p><h3>Why and on what basis</h3><ul><li>Processing and delivering orders, issuing invoices — performance of a contract and legal obligations.</li><li>Answering messages — our legitimate interest in responding to you.</li><li>Release notifications for reserved titles — your consent, withdrawable at any time.</li></ul><h3>How long</h3><p>Order and invoicing data: as long as required by fiscal law (currently up to 10 years). Ordinary correspondence: up to 3 years. Reservation lists: until you withdraw consent.</p><h3>Who sees your data</h3><p>Only the courier (name, address, phone — for delivery) and our accounting provider (invoicing data). We never sell or rent personal data.</p><h3>Your rights</h3><p>Access, rectification, erasure (see the <a href="#/politica-de-stergere-a-datelor-personale">deletion policy</a>), restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (<a href="https://www.dataprotection.ro" target="_blank" rel="noopener">dataprotection.ro</a>).
