Return and warranty policy

<h3>14-day right of withdrawal (printed books)</h3><p>As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving a printed book, without giving any reason (EU Directive 2011/83 / OUG 34/2014). Write to <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a>, then send the book back within 14 days to DRACULA BOOK SRL, Str. Simion Bărnuțiu 17. The book must be complete and without damage beyond normal handling.</p><h3>Refunds</h3><p>We refund the price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned book, using the same payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the return is our fault (wrong or damaged book — then we cover everything).</p><h3>E-books</h3><p>Digital content is exempt from withdrawal once the download has begun with your prior express consent, which you give at checkout confirmation. If an e-book file is defective, we replace it immediately and free of charge.</p><h3>Warranty / conformity</h3><p>We are liable for the conformity of products under the law. Printing defects (missing or duplicated pages, binding faults) are remedied by free replacement — write to <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> with a photo within the legal conformity period.</p>
