<h3>1. Who we are</h3><p>www.dracula-book.com is operated by DRACULA BOOK SRL, Str. Simion Bărnuțiu 17, România (“Dracula Book”, “we”). What this site does</h3><p>This site is the Dracula Book online shop: you can order printed books straight from the cart, with or without an account, and read the books online (first 20 pages free, then per book or with the monthly pass). Placing an order is an offer to purchase; the contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. Payment is cash on delivery or bank transfer; no card payments are taken on the site. Online reading access is activated once payment is confirmed.</p><h3>3. Prices</h3><p>Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are communicated in the order confirmation before you commit to pay. We may correct obvious display errors before confirmation.</p><h3>4. Payment and delivery</h3><p>Payment by bank transfer, or cash on delivery for printed books in Romania. Printed books ship by courier; e-books (EPUB/PDF) are delivered by e-mail. Estimated delivery times are listed in the FAQ.</p><h3>5. Withdrawal, returns, complaints</h3><p>Consumer withdrawal and return rules are described in the <a href="#/politica-de-retur-si-garantie">Return and warranty policy</a>; complaints in the <a href="#/reclamatii">Complaints</a> page.</p><h3>6. Intellectual property</h3><p>All books, cover artwork, texts and the Dracula Book crest are protected by copyright. Purchasing a book grants a personal, non-transferable licence for private reading; any reproduction or redistribution requires our written consent.</p><h3>7. Liability</h3><p>We are liable under the law for the conformity of the products sold. We are not liable for e-mail delivery failures outside our control; if you receive no confirmation within one working day, please write again or check your spam folder.</p><h3>8. Law and disputes</h3><p>These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably where possible, otherwise by the competent courts; consumers keep all rights granted by mandatory law, including ANPC/SAL and the EU ODR platform.</p>
