Personal data deletion policy

<p>You may request at any time the deletion of the personal data DRACULA BOOK SRL holds about you.</p><h3>How to request deletion</h3><ul><li>Write to <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> with the subject “Data deletion”.</li><li>Send the request from the e-mail address your data is associated with, or attach proof of identity.</li><li>You may request full deletion or deletion of specific data (e.g. only the reservation list).</li></ul><h3>What happens next</h3><ul><li>We confirm receipt within 3 working days.</li><li>We delete the data and confirm in writing within 30 days at the latest.</li><li>Deletion also covers our processors (courier, accounting), where applicable.</li></ul><h3>What we cannot delete immediately</h3><p>Invoices and fiscal records must be kept for the period required by fiscal law (currently up to 10 years); they are restricted from any other use and deleted when the legal period expires. This does not affect your right to complain to ANSPDCP.</p>
